Mental retardation certification files, 1979-1980 [state publication].

This series contains reports of recertification site visits and evaluations of mental retardation day care centers in the state. The centers were funded through federal funds administered by the Department of Pensions and Security, the Department, and local funds, and the Department reviewed the centers for compliance. The reports consist of questions and answers to statements in Minimum Standards for Community Mental Retardation Facilities. Included are information about the center, its background, organization, services, goals, and objectives; a description of the city; and other data related to operations, procedures, and patient care.
